1. What discount do I get?

It depends on the item and the current sales we are running, also on the amount you are purchasing but more or less it will be between a 15% up to 30% Sometimes we have Wholesale Specials in which go as low as 60% off

2. What is the minimun amount to purchase Wholesale price?

The minimum is $300 the first time and at least 15 items, they can be mixed items, any category. For the following purchases the minimum is $200 and 10 items. 

3. Do I have to be a registered business to get Wholesale prices?

Yes, you need a Tax ID Number but we have other options if you do not have it. Contact us for more information on this subject.

4. Do you have a Wholesale catalog?

The same items you see at our website are the same we can wholesale to you in most of the cases. For now, that is considered the digital catalog. We are working on another website with wholesale prices displayed. 

5. Can you custom made a wholesale order?

In many of the styles we sell, yes! But it takes weeks since most items are handmade, we encourage you to order ahead of time. You must pay half the order for us to start producing it and the other half when the order is ready to ship to you.

6. How do I pay the Wholesale Order? 

You can pay with PayPal, credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or cash if you come to the store in person. More payment methods may become available soon.

7. Do you give credit?

Unfortunately we do not at the moment. 

8. Can I purchase in person at the store?

Yes of course!

9. How is the purchase process?

.- 1 Do all the shopping at our website to make your selections

.- 2 Add our phone number to your Whatsapp

.- 3 Send us a list of the items you want

.- 4 We will reply with the prices for every item

.- 5 Refine your order and let us know what is your final order

.- 6 We send you a PayPal invoice

.- 7 You pay the invoice

.- 8 We send you a tracking number for your order

10. Do I pay shipping? 

Yes you will pay shipping and it is up to you if you want us to insure it. We have competitive commercial rates and shipping is affordable in most cases. Sometimes we run Wholesale Specials offering Free Shipping too.
