STORE PURCHASES POLICY
All purchases made at our store in McAllen, TX are final. We ask you to inspect every item and make sure it meets your expectations before leaving the store.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES ONLINE POLICY
We do not issue refunds. We will only allow exchanges within 14 days from date received and you will be responsible for shipping cost on items you'd like to exchange. Gift cards, Face Masks, Jewelry, Custom orders, Pre-orders, Sale items, Clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags, box, etc. We will exchange it for the same item or a similar if not available, store credit only applicable to certain cases.
How to ask for an exchange:
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and request our approval. Do not ship your item without our approval, returns without approval will be refused.

Please pack your item(s) in the original shipping box if possible and mail your item(s) using the carrier of your choice. Add your Order number and phone number anywhere in the envelope for faster service.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
