STORE PURCHASES POLICY

All purchases made at our stores of Mcallen and Mission, TX are final. Since you have the convenience to try the items, see the items in person, etc. We ask you to inspect every item and make sure it meets your expectations before leaving the store. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES ONLINE POLICY

Our goal is to provide our customers with total satisfaction with every purchase. When you receive your items, please inspect them and make sure they meet your expectations. 

If you find that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the following steps:

All Exchanges & Return item(s) must be in the exact new condition as sent with all hang tags attached and received within (14) days of receipt

For Exchanges please contact us at orderscielitolindo@gmail.com so we may issue a return approval. Customer must pay Return and New item Shipping fees. 

For Returns please contact us at orderscielitolindo@gmail.com so we may issue a return approval. Returns received without prior approval will be refused. Please pack your item(s) in the original shipping box if possible and mail your item(s) using the carrier of your choice. We recommend a traceable insured shipping method as we are not responsible for lost item(s). Once the return has been received and meets the return policy conditions, we will process a refund for the original transaction amount less the shipping to the original form of payment. If you got free shipping due to an order of $100 or more, you will be deducted up to $20 for Shipping fees owed.
